Around 90% of human thoughts revolve around the past. Again and again thoughts and considerations come up as to what could have been prevented or improved. And yet most of them don't learn from their actions and do the same thing over and over again in comparable situations. Doing the same thing over and over again and hoping for a different result. In order to change this, it is so important to practice daily thought hygiene. It makes no difference to the brain whether a station has been experienced or imagined.
